The property is a fully restored neoclassical mansion in Ermoupolis’ historical center five minutes from the beach. Full of period details such as the two marble staircases and doric columns, five meter high ceilings with ceiling decorations and intricate floors. There is a garden with trees and the house has panoramic seaviews from the top two floors. It has three plunge pools and abundant greenery throughout the public spaces. There is a fully equipped professional kitchen on the lower ground floor, and at the top a 220 m² roof terrace.

The property was restored with an eye for preserving original features while allowing for modern comfort. Windows and shutters are wooden but triple glazed, the lighting can be controlled remotely, all the bathroom fixtures are marine-grade stainless steel, and all the bathrooms have rain showers. There is also a separate chapel on the property that has been converted into an art gallery.

Located just a few minutes from the coast in Naxos, this serene property comprises two private holiday villas — Villa South with three bedrooms (8 persons) and Villa North with two bedrooms (4 persons).

Despite being a short distance from restaurants and beaches, the villas are hidden away in a natural setting. Walk in and the interiors are just as pleasing, with soft and minimal furnishings, calming colours and a fluid layout synonymous with the charm of Greek design. Here, you will feel one with nature, as you take in the views from the tall sliding doors and the relaxed outdoor spaces.

The two villas are separated by a stone wall and have similar layouts with a common staircase leading to the fire pit outside. Villa South has a private pool whereas Villa North has a garden around it, and they share the outdoor gym and grounds. Whether you choose to relax in the pool, one of the outdoor seating areas, or the terrace, the sprawling landscape all around is a calming sight from every angle.

Naxos is a haven for kitesurfing, and sports fanatics especially enjoy the waters at Kastraki and Alyko beaches nearby. There are also great tavernas within a 15-minute walk from the property, with delicious local fare. While Naxos in itself is a fantastic holidaying spot, Mykonos is just a ferry ride away.

Located on top of a hill, these two villas have a secluded location on the island with amazing views of the Aegean sea and the nearby islands. The island is a paradise. It’s an oasis of calm and has an amazing, relaxed atmosphere. It’s secluded and private, without being isolated.

The island has two buildings — the villa and the pavilion. The villa has two large, en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, air-con and ceiling fans. There’s also a large and well-equipped kitchen with a storage pantry, fridge and water oasis for cooking and drinking. It also has a sitting area and a laundry room for the housekeeper.

The pavilion also has two large, en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds. It also features a covered seating area and what’s known locally as a rancho, with a hanging bed and large dining table overlooking the pool. It’s ideal for an afternoon nap or alfresco dining, with another rancho down on the dock for sunset cocktails.

There’s also a separate room for staff and a house tucked away where the island caretaker and his family live.

Granada is a UNESCO World Heritage city in the west of Nicaragua, overlooking the shores of Lake Nicaragua. It’s a very pretty and sleepy town, with lovely architecture and a good selection of places to eat, museums and a tower that offers magnificent views of the area. The marina is a 5-10 min. taxi ride from the centre of Granada and our island is 10 min. by boat from there. So it’s around 20 min. travel time from Granada, which itself is only 50 min. from the Managua Airport.

We have an elevated position on the island and beautiful views, but it’s also very private and nobody can see you. The Isletas de Granada are really unspoiled and beautiful, and although Nicaragua is one of the poorest countries in Central America, it’s also one of the safest and the people are super.

Casa Alentejana is an exclusive house with plenty of privacy and beautiful views across the fields of Alentejo. Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the architect João Favila Menezes. We have no immediate neighbours, so the house feels very exclusive and you can play music as loud as you want! The only people you are likely to see are some elderly men who come by with their sheep and cows.

Casa Alentejana can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with a complete bathroom and is ideally configured for three couples with up to 4 children. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with three outdoor sitting areas: a cemented patio area near the house with a retractable shade-structure ideal for open-air meals, a deck area around the swimming pool next to some of the most beautiful oak trees on the property, and a roof-top terrace perfect for watching the sunset and the stars.

Casa Alentejana is located near Lake Alqueva, which is the largest artificial lake in Western Europe and has several beaches where you can swim. The closest one to us is 20 minutes from the house and has a nice restaurant and paddle boards for rent. It’s a really pleasant place to be when the temperatures are hot while being far from the crowds of the Algarve. There’s no traffic or queueing at restaurants in Alentejo — it’s very peaceful.

Surrounded by the most beautiful ancient olive trees you will drive towards the house located at the end of this impressive driveway.

History and modernity, refinement and anomalies can and should coexist. This uniquely restored house in the heart of Puglia is the perfect combination of the traditional Italian design with a modern twist.

What makes this house so special is the enclosed veranda with custom-made steel windows. This newly created space contains a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area in combination with a launch area. This is the real inside-outside feeling. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a vaulted ceiling. In the living, there is a comfortable modular sofa and fireplace, perfect for cold days. In the new layout, the house has 2 bedrooms in our signature boutique hotel style. Both bedrooms have a bathroom, of which one is ensuite. Of course, the bathrooms are well-appointed with flawless tiling and spot-on golden finishes.

For the design of the pool, the desire was to position the pool as an integral part of the landscape. The rectangular pool (40m2) is close to the house, yet still surrounded by the century-old olive trees that are characteristic of the region. A great feature of the pool is the under­water sun shelve that enables lounging in less than a foot of water. The sundeck contains 4 very comfortable sunbeds. The one-off tiling and yellow umbrellas create an elegant yet very slick look.

The outdoor kitchen completes it all. This is the perfect place to go al fresco!

Villa Puglia comprises a three-bedroom house and an additional guest house just a few steps away. The large, enclosed garden has various terraces offering both sun and shade. Outside of the kitchen, you will find a terrace and the outdoor kitchen with a covered terrace and a big barbeque grill. On the other side of the house is the heated swimming pool. The pool has a shallow ledge at one end that’s great for young kids or just to relax on.

Oia Villa I is dug into the Caldera cliff in the centre of Oia village which is probably the best known and most photographed location in the entire Greek archipelago. Oia is famous for its legendary sunsets and is situated on the northern tip of the island some 15 kilometres north of Fira.

Oia Villa I and II are adjacent but self-contained cave houses that have been substantially refurbished since the owner acquired them a few years ago.
