“The villa is situated in one of the most desirable locations in Puglia, offering modern luxury and impeccable design.”

Villa Vipp Puglia is situated in one of the most desirable locations in Puglia, offering a perfect blend of modern luxury and impeccable design. Unwind by the infinity pool, cook up a feast in the open-kitchen concept, and dine all fresco under the stars. The architectural design of the villa showcases flawless blend of minimalistic aesthetics. The door from the living room opens completely, allowing the refreshing breeze and natural light to flow in, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior spaces. As you step onto the veranda, you’ll be greeted by a perfect setting for outdoor dining and relaxation. For an even more breath-taking perspective, venture up to the rooftop, where the panoramic views become even more awe-inspiring.

“The only stress here is when you decide to count the stars on this amazing sky.”

Casa Alentejana is an exclusive house with plenty of privacy and beautiful views across the fields of Alentejo. Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the architect João Favila Menezes. We have no immediate neighbours, so the house feels very exclusive and you can play music as loud as you want! The only people you are likely to see are some elderly men who come by with their sheep and cows.

Casa Alentejana can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms with a complete bathroom and is ideally configured for three couples with up to 4 children. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with three outdoor sitting areas: a cemented patio area near the house with a retractable shade-structure ideal for open-air meals, a deck area around the swimming pool next to some of the most beautiful oak trees on the property, and a roof-top terrace perfect for watching the sunset and the stars.

Casa Alentejana is located near Lake Alqueva, which is the largest artificial lake in Western Europe and has several beaches where you can swim. The closest one to us is 20 minutes from the house and has a nice restaurant and paddle boards for rent. It’s a really pleasant place to be when the temperatures are hot while being far from the crowds of the Algarve. There’s no traffic or queueing at restaurants in Alentejo — it’s very peaceful.

“Impressive school conversion to the highest specifications”

The Old School House is a beautiful collection of one, two and three bedroom luxury duplexes, penthouses and cottages set in the picturesque town of Blairgowrie in Perthshire.

This impressive school conversion offers a wealth of history and character, and is quietly located overlooking the town and the Perthshire hills beyond.

The grand Victorian school house was built in 1876 and features 8 beautifully converted homes (2 penthouses and 6 dupluxes), each carefully designed to retain and accentuate the classical design and feel of the original building, with 2 cottages situated within the school grounds: the school’s original Art and Music class rooms, all featuring sumptuous contemporary fittings throughout.

The sheer scale, level of design and quality of interiors, seen in these new homes is rarely seen in developments within Scotland, and ranks very high in international standards of design and craftsmanship.

“Beautiful conversion of a ruin into a modern building.”

Once an old ruin at the end of a dirt road, this stunning villa is completely encompassed by nature, nestled among hundreds of olive, almond and cork trees.

The modern architecture is dominated by strong lines, white walls and concrete, creating a bold effect in the natural environment.

The construction opens itself to its surroundings through the use of large windows and doors, rooftop terraces, multiple patios and a large courtyard that contains a semi-enclosed pool.

Located in the Algarve, known for the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, beaches, wine and ceramics, there are many attractions to make it a perfect destination for a holiday with friends or family.

“The house is in an idyllic location yet only a few minutes away from the lovely town of Ostuni. ”

Make the most of your time in Puglia and relax in style in this beautifully designed villa. Located in a very idyllic location near the historic White Town Ostuni. The natural environment plays an important role both inside and outside. As soon as you enter the driveway you get the perfect combination of chic luxury with a countryside feeling. Surrounded by the most beautiful ancient olive trees you will drive towards the house located at the end of this impressive driveway.

History and modernity, refinement and anomalies can and should coexist. This uniquely restored house in the heart of Puglia is the perfect combination of the traditional Italian design with a modern twist.

What makes this house so special is the enclosed veranda with custom-made steel windows. This newly created space contains a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area in combination with a launch area. This is the real inside-outside feeling. Next to the kitchen is the living room with a vaulted ceiling. In the living, there is a comfortable modular sofa and fireplace, perfect for cold days. In the new layout, the house has 2 bedrooms in our signature boutique hotel style. Both bedrooms have a bathroom, of which one is ensuite. Of course, the bathrooms are well-appointed with flawless tiling and spot-on golden finishes.

For the design of the pool, the desire was to position the pool as an integral part of the landscape. The rectangular pool (40m2) is close to the house, yet still surrounded by the century-old olive trees that are characteristic of the region. A great feature of the pool is the underwater sun shelve that enables lounging in less than a foot of water. The sundeck contains 4 very comfortable sunbeds. The one-off tiling and yellow umbrellas create an elegant yet very slick look.

The outdoor kitchen completes it all. This is the perfect place to go al fresco!

“We had an incredible time and absolutely loved the house! It was incredibly well designed, and the pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat. We only wish our stay would have been longer so we could have more fully enjoyed the kitchen and amenities. I’ve already recommended it to friends!.”

“Dolce far niente: A modern take on traditional Puglian life. Love for design and an eye for detail!”

Villa Puglia is a former farmhouse restored to its original beauty with an authentic and modern design. Everything about the villa was carefully thought out in terms of the design and our guests’ needs. Villa Puglia is a luxurious, spacious and exceptionally comfortable house set amongst its own 2 acres of ancient olive and almond trees in the Puglian countryside. It has been decorated with love for design and an eye for detail by meshing the old with the new. It’s a villa that offers inside and outside living at its best!

Villa Puglia comprises a three-bedroom house and an additional guest house just a few steps away. The large, enclosed garden has various terraces offering both sun and shade. Outside of the kitchen, you will find a terrace and the outdoor kitchen with a covered terrace and a big barbeque grill. On the other side of the house is the heated swimming pool. The pool has a shallow ledge at one end that’s great for young kids or just to relax on.

Villa Puglia is a very good investment opportunity having been fully booked since launching last summer. Everything inside the villa is for sale as well (to be negotiated separately).

“Our family has spent the New Year holidays at Villa Puglia and we had a lovely time. During the day, the region has plenty to offer: pristine beaches, beautiful towns, all within 1 to 2 hours drive from Villa Puglia. And although we went there in the winter, the light and the sun of Puglia were very pleasant. In the evening, the house was a really welcoming place.”

“The villa’s design is minimalist and inspired by the Scandinavian tradition. The original Santorinian architecture has however been rigorously respected.”

Oia Villa I is a holiday villa on Santorini in Greece with amazing views of the Caldera, one of the most beautiful spots on the island and in the world.

Oia Villa I is dug into the Caldera cliff in the centre of Oia village which is probably the best known and most photographed location in the entire Greek archipelago. Oia is famous for its legendary sunsets and is situated on the northern tip of the island some 15 kilometres north of Fira.

Oia Villa I and II are adjacent but self-contained cave houses that have been substantially refurbished since the owner acquired them a few years ago. They can also easily be connected if someone would wish to have a larger villa. The villas are very solid investment objects but can obviously also be used solely for leisure purposes.

“Breathtaking views! Very elegant, spacious and well-equipped villa in a traditional style with a modern touch. Great location in the heart of old Oía and breathtaking views over Aegean.”

“Oia is one of the most beautiful spots in Santorini and the world. We adore the scenery, the serenity but also the hospitality of the locals and their traditional way of life.”

Oia Villa II is a holiday home rental on Santorini, Greece, with amazing views of the Caldera. Its essence is the combination of modern and sleek design with traditional Cycladic architecture and unbeatable locations with fantastic panoramic views.

The holiday home has been refurbished to a very high specification. The villa sleeps two persons incorporating a bedroom, bathroom, a spacious lounge and a kitchenette. The vill has a separate terrace with a fantastic and uninterrupted view of the Caldera. Both Oia villas also have all modern electronic equipment including Wifi and AC.

“LOVED our visit to Imerovigli villa and Oia villa II! Johan was amazing – he took great care of us, was the best operator ever and we loved his homes – spotless, well-appointed and with amazing views. We are looking forward to returning next year! I would rate our stay to be a 5.”

“I felt very fortunate to have to come across this villa in Oia for my short stay this October. The villa is located cliffside in the picturesque town of Oia on the island of Santorini. Right in the heart of one of the most quaint locations on the island, the villa stands out as a classically whitewashed abode in which relaxation and adventure awaits. The villa is recessed into the cliffside and presents a cozy atmosphere amidst the bustling tourist town of Oia. It was clean, quiet and comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was just large enough to prepare a light meal and the view was beyond stunning. The terrace is perfect for relaxation and unwinding with a book and a glass of Santorini wine. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the villa and the area. Thank you.”

Wow is what you’ll utter when you step into any one of Welcome Beyond’s properties, available in dozens of countries from Mexico to Germany. Personal touches (you actually know who the owners are) and design feature heavily in their preened pads — from mirror-clad houses in the wilds of Italy to California farmhouses — and while they do cater for that top end of the spectrum, there are plenty of flash places to be had at real-people prices, too.

Founders Oliver and Chris Laugsch, Berlin-based brothers, curated a collection of unusual houses (and small hotels) in 41 countries that they say favor personality over pretension. That might mean a rustic 19th-century barn in Tivoli, N.Y., with curtains for walls or a fully staffed Swahili beach house built by native artisans on Kenya’s Lamu Island.

For a property to make it on to this site it needs to be architecturally interesting and something of an interior design delight. Choose, say, between a cave in Sicily or a rooftop apartment in Buenos Aires. You can search by location or interest, whether that be culture, nature or simply staring at the (beautifully decorated) walls.
