Villa Fornalutx is a traditional stone house with gorgeous light thanks to the large windows that enable sunshine to stream in all day.
On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor terrace where you can dine alfresco beneath the grapevine and bougainvillea. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main dining room with a jacaranda table that can seat up to 12 people, as well as a living room with sofas, a fireplace and a piano.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, all of which have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom also has a bathtub and fireplace, plus views of the mountains. One of the double bedrooms has a private balcony.
On the second floor are two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with one double and one sofa bed. On top of the house is a studio where you can do yoga or read while enjoying stunning views across the rooftops of Fornalutx. It is equipped with a Chromecast-enabled projector for cinema nights.
Outside is a 15-square-metre plunge pool with a depth of 2.2 metres, as well as a courtyard garden. An additional roof terrace beside the studio features a garden table and sun chairs for relaxing.
