The main building hosts several suites, each with its own unique character, featuring private terraces or gardens, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that frame the landscape.

Beyond the main house, you’ll find detached eco-villas — designed with sustainable materials — offering a more private, immersive stay. The centerpiece of the estate is the swimming pool area, with its iconic chequered design and outdoor bar, surrounded by lounging areas shaded by olive trees. Paths through the groves connect the various spaces, creating a natural flow between privacy and community.

    Our Pool Suite Amare is located in what was once the estate's kitchen. The ancient Sicilian Tannura, the domestic hearth, the masonry kitchen of yesteryear, an element of aggregation and community. Love is the guiding thread of our project that becomes a verb, becomes infinite.

    The 70 square metre Suite is furnished with a skilful mix of antique and contemporary furniture, from the ancient Sicilian buffetta that becomes the convivial kitchen table to Cassina and Cappellini furniture. Plays of light and shadow by light designer Davide Groppi.

    Our 32-square-metre Junior Suite Geranium, located in the old patronal house, next to the Palmento, was once the master miller's resting place. It is dominated by a historic ceiling made of the traditional incannucciato and plaster, skilfully maintained by the craftsman who renovated the Cathedral of Noto.

    The floors are in old Sicilian terracotta. It features geranium-themed wallpaper, from which the Suite takes its name. A childhood memory that tells of a Sicily full of colours and scents. Tradition and contemporaneity come together. Furnished with Cappellini and Cassina furniture and entirely lit by light designer Davide Groppi.
