Casa Aljezur is an intimate house rental with sea and lake views, furnished with sustainable objects in an urban style and located in the midst of nature which hosts guests from the (creative) world.


What is the story behind Casa Aljezur, what was your inspiration to create it?

I'm interested in how artistic production works in rural areas and how to bring together art and tourism in a physical place.


How would you describe the atmosphere and the interior design of Casa Aljezur?

Chic and at the same time retro with colorful and bright rooms.

Casa Aljezur is located within Costa Vicentina – a Natural Park which is the largest protected area of the Portuguese coast. Being near the village of Aljezur, in a few minutes drive you can reach food markets and beaches. The house has an exclusive location without direct neighbors. Faro airport is a good hour's drive away and Lisbon three.

I really like this part of Portugal since the protected nature has a strong and wild character, which manifests itself in landscapes of majestic splendor.
