Not by the sea, but in the sea — Dune Residences is perched on a dune, with its own private beach right at the doorstep. No road separates the house from the water, offering an uninterrupted connection to the coastline.

Guests can experience ultimate relaxation in five elegantly furnished apartments, designed by architect Luca Zanaroli with meticulous attention to detail. The garden, created by a skilled landscape designer, features maritime plants that blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings, their fragrance carried by the sea breeze through the large windows.

What is the story behind Dune Residences? What inspired you to create it?


As a design enthusiast and frequent traveler, Francesco is always on the lookout for beautiful places. His vision for Dune Residences was to offer guests a home-away-from-home — an intimate and stylish retreat where privacy, comfort, and five-star service come together in perfect harmony.

How would you describe the atmosphere and interior design of Dune Residences?


Relaxation and comfort define the atmosphere. Every detail, from the color palette to the choice of materials, reflects the surrounding seascape. Soft hues of sand and seafoam, complemented by gentle lighting, create a serene ambiance. Here, the rhythm of life is set by the waves, and the breeze carries the scent of the ocean.

Dune Residences rooms & rates

Dune Residences consists of five independent apartments—three on the ground floor (barrier-free) and two on the first floor. Four of the apartments feature one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed (for two) in the living room. The largest apartment, "The View," includes two double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, and basic crockery. A washing machine is conveniently located outside each unit.
