Villa Boa Vista comprises two independent but connected houses — House A and House B — with five suites and six bedrooms in total. Outside is a 14x3-metre swimming pool, which is heated for guests, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property.
House A features an open-plan living space that is separated from the fully-equipped kitchen by a fireplace. The dining room has a table that can seat 10 people while the full-length panoramic windows offer magnificent views of the surroundings. Outside is a panoramic balcony with a dining space that can accommodate 12 people.
House A has three suites, all of which have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Two of the rooms have king-size beds that can be configured as two twins while the other has a double bed.
House B is connected to House A via a sweeping balcony. Smaller in size, it has a living room and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. One of its suites has a king-size bed (which can be configured as two twins) while the other has four twin beds. Both of the suites have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

There are two independent yet connected houses. The main house offers three suites, and the second house has two suites.
House A
- Master bedroom with double bed (1.60m) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Spectacular views on three sides and a private patio.
- Suite 2 with two twin or king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom offering access to the garden through the walk-in shower.
- Suite 3 with two twin or king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom offering access to the garden through the walk-in shower.
House B
- Suite 4 with two twin or king-size beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
- Suite 5 with 2 bunk beds or one king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The house has a radiant floor for both hot and cold, it is not air conditioned.
