Villa Mareuil

Set on a 2,000-square-metre plot between a meadow and woodland, Villa Mareuil is an independent villa that has been elegantly restored to create a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious living room opens out onto a covered terrace via four glass doors and there is a bright, open-plan kitchen with a central island bench crafted from local stone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a Smeg gas burning stone and an electric oven. There is also a Thermomix, a toaster, a juicer and a pod coffee machine - everything you need to make breakfast. In addition to the dining room with a square table that can seat 12 people, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms, each of which has a king-size bed that can be configured as two twins. One of the rooms has an additional single bed. Two bathrooms with showers are shared between the four rooms and both are equipped with hair and towel dryers plus magnifying mirrors.

The outdoor area includes a 10 x 5-metre heated swimming pool that is secured by a fence and framed by an umbrella and sun loungers. Also on the property are a swing, a trampoline and table tennis, not to mention private parking.

• Room 4 - 1st floor: View of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed (180 cm) configurable as twin beds. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with 2 washbasins, shower, separate WC room.

• Living room with a 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and 3 poufs, a coffee table, its 4 glass doors gives it natural light all day long regardless of the season.

• Kitchen: bright with a large glass door that gives access to the terrace. It has two worktops and a central island in stone from the region. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, appliances for breakfast (toaster, kettle, microwave, pod coffee maker ...), a Smeg stove with 5 gas burners and electric oven, you also have a Thermomix TM31, an electric plancha, a juice extractor ...

• Dining room: open to the kitchen with a large square table that can accommodate up to 12 people, in the dresser you will have everything you need for your meals.

• Laundry room where you will find a washing machine, a dryer, storage shelves and the ironing set.

All bedding and household linen are provided during stays at Villa Mareuil and we provide a concierge service for making tour bookings and restaurant reservations. House cleaning is provided on a weekly basis and a change of bedding/linen can be arranged for a surcharge.

Additional services include extra housekeeping, stocking of groceries prior to arrival and daily delivery of pastries. A private chef can also be arranged on request and there are bicycles available for guests to use.

And finally, there is a heated pool (10m x 5m).
