It beautifully blends rustic charm with modern elegance, offering a sanctuary where you can immerse yourself in the serene beauty of nature while enjoying luxurious comforts. It’s more than just a villa — it’s a place where time slows down, and life feels effortlessly harmonious.

What is the story behind Villa Solaria, what was your inspiration to create it?

The vision for Villa Solaria was born from a deep love for Puglia’s natural beauty and timeless traditions. The goal was to restore this historic estate with care, preserving its original character while incorporating thoughtful, contemporary touches. Inspired by the region’s rich cultural heritage, we wanted to create a space where guests could experience Puglia in its most authentic form — a place to relax, connect, and feel at home.

How would you describe the atmosphere and the interior design of Villa Solaria?

The atmosphere at Villa Solaria is tranquil yet refined, with a warmth that feels welcoming the moment you arrive. The interiors reflect a sophisticated balance of old-world charm and modern design. You’ll find traditional stone walls and vaulted ceilings alongside sleek furniture, soft linens, and carefully chosen decor. The location of Villa Solaria

Villa Solaria is situated in the heart of Puglia’s countryside, surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills. It’s just a short drive from picturesque towns like Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses. The nearest beaches are around 10–20 minutes away, offering pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. The location strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.

While Villa Solaria is surrounded by the peaceful countryside, there are excellent restaurants and supermarkets just 5 minutes drive away.

Puglia has a unique charm that’s hard to put into words. It’s a region of contrasts — where history meets modernity, and where life feels both vibrant and unhurried. I love the authenticity of the local culture, the delicious food and wine, and the warmth of the people. The landscapes, from ancient olive groves to dramatic coastal cliffs, are simply breathtaking.

When is the best time to visit Puglia?

The best time to visit is late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October). The weather is pleasant, the landscapes are lush, and it’s less crowded than in peak summer. However, summer is perfect if you love the buzz of beach life and long, sunny days.
