My highlights are
Villa Solaria is situated in the heart of Puglia’s countryside, surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills. It’s just a short drive from picturesque towns like Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli houses. The nearest beaches are around 10–20 minutes away, offering pristine sands and crystal-clear waters. The location strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.
While Villa Solaria is surrounded by the peaceful countryside, there are excellent restaurants and supermarkets just 5 minutes drive away.
Puglia has a unique charm that’s hard to put into words. It’s a region of contrasts — where history meets modernity, and where life feels both vibrant and unhurried. I love the authenticity of the local culture, the delicious food and wine, and the warmth of the people. The landscapes, from ancient olive groves to dramatic coastal cliffs, are simply breathtaking.
The best time to visit is late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October). The weather is pleasant, the landscapes are lush, and it’s less crowded than in peak summer. However, summer is perfect if you love the buzz of beach life and long, sunny days.
