Aenaon Villas

We are situated on the narrowest part of the island of Santorini, Greece. We’re quite high and as one of the very few properties that have this advantage we have panoramic views on the east as well as the west side. Our villas are all different sizes and are nestled into the contours of the mountain at different levels.

Each villa is amazing, yet the villa that is the on the highest level of the estate is unique. It is the most secluded, with a private plunge pool and an almost 360-degree panoramic view.

Most villas can accommodate two people. The largest villa can hold up to four people and is therefore perfect for a family with children that are above 12 years old.

Each villa has a different layout but the design concept is the same for all seven of them. They’re all minimalist in style and predominantly white. We are very passionate about keeping with the traditional style of Cycladic architecture that is built in complete harmony with the natural environment. The villa interiors offer lots of space and are decorated in an elegant yet comfortable way.

Aenaon Villas combine traditional architecture with state-of-the-art facilities such as a common infinity pool that overlooks on the west side, free parking space, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe box and other luxury amenities. Everything is of the highest quality.

All of the villas have access to the infinity pool where we can serve breakfast if requested by our guests. We do not run a restaurant but can serve light snacks like a Greek salad or sandwiches during the day hours. However, we are always available to give recommendations and organize activities.

We do our very best to make our guests feel relaxed and at home and are therefore very attentive to their needs yet also respect their privacy.

The beaches on the east and south part of Santorini are approximately 12-15 km away. The popular beaches provide sun loungers and umbrellas as well as taverns and restaurants.

There is also a very small beach that is only two to three mins away from Aenaon Villas by car. It is a natural beach that is not very frequented and therefore much more private than the popular ones.

A must-do for our guests is taking a sailing trip. You can spend five hours sailing between the volcanic islands and the Caldera. Snorkeling equipment is provided for exploring the sea, and a barbecue is served on-board. You can go in the morning or take a romantic trip during the sunset hours.

Hiking is very popular, as is going to the beach or water sports. There are also archaeological important sites and museums on the island.

While you are staying on Santorini it is obligatory to try local Mediterranean cuisine. We can recommend the best places to go, some of which are very traditional, whilst others are more modern using local products in a creative way.
