The airy dining room can comfortably seat 12 people and offers direct access to the pergola and gardens. There is also an intimate study with an open fireplace, a laundry room and a large garage where you can store bicycles.
Spread across the villa are five air-conditioned bedrooms, each of which features an ensuite bathroom and stunning views across Saint-Emilion, its historic buildings and the surrounding vineyards. While two have king-size beds, the other three are equipped with queen-size beds.
Outside is a heated, saline swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, plus several lounge areas and a meticulously manicured croquet lawn. The alfresco kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals in the warm summer months and is equipped with a barbecue and a plancha. There is parking available for six cars in a secluded corner of the property.
