Bay Villa

Surrounded by an ancient olive grove that's tucked into a protected nature reserve, Bay Villa boasts an enviable location. It overlooks the Aegean Sea and is within walking distance of Ligaries Beach. A long entrance road leads to the private parking area, from where you enter the villa’s first floor.

With its strong lines, gleaming white walls and minimal embellishment, the villa makes a bold statement. Huge, sliding doors bring the outside in while expansive terraces invite you to spend all day outside, taking in the impressive views toward the Greek mainland in the distance.

On the first floor is the open-plan kitchen and living space to the left, complete with a home cinema. Beyond the terrace is an L-shaped pool (15 x 4.25 metres) with a chill-out zone, plus an abundance of options for reclining and dining. When the day is over, you can follow the stairs that lead down beside the pool to the four bedrooms.

The ground floor consists of two master bedrooms and one junior bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The final junior bedroom also has a private bathroom. Surrounding the bedrooms are terraces where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

All of our villas come with private infinity pools and we take care of all cleaning in the villas. Towels are changed every other day and linen is changed once a week.

Upon request, we can offer a private chef to cook a wonderful dinner for you or a private yoga teacher to help you start your day in the most relaxed way. We can also organize private day trips around the island on luxury rib boats. Just name it and our concierge team should be able to arrange it.

Due to the island’s compact nature, you can easily drive from the peaceful area surrounding the villas to the lively town of Skiathos or one of the many beaches the island has to offer. Nearby are two easygoing beaches with tavernas that serve delicious food. Warning: these can be addictive and you may want to go back again and again.

In my opinion, you cannot leave Skiathos without hiking to the medieval fortifications of Kastro as the views are amazing. From there, you can continue to Kastro Beach for a swim. A hiking trail also leads through a magical forest and past a dreamy river to Kechira Beach, which is an ideal setting for a cold drink and a meal featuring the best fish on the island. Last but not least, you should definitely pay a visit to the charming town of Skiathos, which is home to small streets, restaurants, bars and shops.
